JFR Projects specialise in undertaking structural surveys and assessments for the domestic residential property market.  We work closely with conveyancing solicitors and building surveyors where structural issues have been flagged up, or where alterations have been undertaken without the necessary Statutory consents.

We can work ahead of the Home Report to help mitigate any structural issues from being flagged.  ​

We understand the requirements of mortgage lenders and we will note within the inspection report, the suitability for mortgage loan purposes.​

We can identify any follow-on investigation and remedial works that may need to be undertaken and assist in liaising with trusted builders to undertake various repair works.

We can provide a clean report for the building surveyor in advance of preparing or updating the Home Report.​
